Flourishing Traditions LLC Privacy Policy
Flourishing Traditions LLC collects information from you voluntarily through our scheduling platform, Acuity Scheduling. When signing up for a free discovery call, this includes your Name, Phone Number, and Email address. When signing up for paid services, we ask you to sign our Service Agreement and Liability Waiver, and collect an Intake Form with past health information. Your payment information is also collected at the time of scheduling your first paid session,at which time you have the option of creating an account in order to expedite future payments. This information is processed through Stripe.
Your name, phone number, e-mail, Service Agreement signature, intake form, and payment information are never shared with any outside parties except for the above named utilities for processing purposes. The privacy policies for the above mentioned companies can be found at:

The other process by which we collect personal information is through our mailing list platform, powered by Mailchimp. When you sign up for our Free Flourishing Traditions Nourishing Basics EBook, your e-mail address is automatically added to our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time via the emails you receive. We never share your e-mail address or other personal information collected in this way with any outside parties except for the above named utility. When you work with multiple Flourishing Traditions practitioners in a collaborative setting, such as our 12 Weeks to Thriving Health program, some information from your intake as well as content of individual sessions may be shared between the practitioners in order to deliver the most comprehensive service possible. With this understanding, if there is any piece of information or contents of discussions with a given practitioner that you would prefer to not have shared with other practitioners, please make this request to the practitioner holding the privileged information. If you are only working with one of our practitioners, such information is not shared with other Flourishing Traditions practitioners.
